For many years David has been focused on helping corporate clients across all segments including NBFI to drive efficiencies into their business operations through the adoption of new payment types and tech, harnessing automation and making better use of their data sets, to improve operational efficiency, whilst adhering to internal control requirements.

Mike specialises in helping customers consider their holistic financing needs and determining and then sourcing appropriate solutions to help them achieve their strategic ambitions and objectives. This is often pivotal to the successful delivery of transformation projects and the implementation of payment and treasury solutions. Properly structured financing solutions sit behind every strategic decision a customer makes especially where growth by M&A is being considered. 

Mike is a seasoned senior relationship banker with over 40 years’ experience of being a trusted advisor to many corporate clients. Over the last 15 years Mike has worked extensively with numerous FTSE100, FTSE250 and privately owned businesses in the delivery of holistic financing solutions, be that traditional debt finance or accessing either debt capital markets or equity capital markets where his deal leadership and sponsorship through credit/balance sheet/pricing committees has been invaluable. Mike also has a deep understanding of other financing solutions, for example invoice finance, trade finance along with general banking products and treasury solutions. 

Mike is excited to work with customers seeking to determine their holistic financing needs or review their general banking requirements and will support those customers in determining appropriate solutions and then sourcing/executing them including negotiating with relevant stakeholders e.g. banks.

Nick is a seasoned IT professional with over 30 years’ experience in IT and services business development, principally within payments, reference data and transaction banking in the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.

Successful and experienced in both start-up and mature company environments, he combines the benefits of entrepreneurial skill and innovation with structure, governance and process. Previously he was co-founder of a payments fintech where he was responsible for regulatory compliance, operations and dev-ops, adding to his commercial skillset.

Rob is an entrepreneurial start-up founder who holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Luxembourg where he partnered with banks to work on KYC pain points. Andrew Whitworth, Advisor

Andrew Whitworth, Advisor

Andrew is a public policy specialist with extensive international experience in crypto, fintech and tech policy. 

Previously, Andrew was Ripple's Policy Director for EMEA, where he led Ripple's engagement with policy-makers and industry thought-leaders on blockchain regulation.   

Andrew was also chair of the EU's main Blockchain association, Blockchain for Europe, and sat on the board of the UK Crypto Business Council and the Digital Pound Foundation.

Before Ripple, Andrew headed Public Policy for a UK tech/fintech start-up that expanded into the EU and US. Previously, Andrew was an official at the Bank of England, where he worked on prudential policy, international engagement, and fintech/crypto policy analysis.  Andrew started his career in Brussels working in the EU public sector and Public Affairs consulting on tech and finance. 

Andrew has a PhD in International Political Economy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), based in Washington, DC and Bologna, Italy; and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford.
